PRODUCT CERTIFICATION PROCESS

  • Clients contact Watermarks to ask general questions
  • Clients request for Quotation
  • Quotation issued based on product information and manufacturer details given

  • Client to submit their application through Watermarks E-Application portal
  • Watermarks to review information submitted
  • Certification Requirement and invoice issued to client
  • Assigned auditor contacts client to discuss and schedule certification process

  • Review of Quality Control Plan, and test report submitted (if any)
  • Initial Audit to assess manufacturing process and witness product testing
  • Samples selection for further testing (if required)
  • Issuance of Audit Report

  • Samples selected to be tested at accredited laboratory (if required)
  • Test report to be provided by the laboratory to Watermarks

  • Full compliance results issuance of Certificate from Watermarks
  • Validity of certificate is 1 year

  • Annual Renewal Fees
  • Annual Surveillance Audit
  • Full compliance shall ensure renewal / continuous validity of certificate
