  • Clients contact Watermarks to ask general questions
  • Clients request for Quotation
  • Quotation issued based on product information

  • Client to submit their application through Watermarks E-Application portal
  • Watermarks to review information submitted
  • Invoice issued to client
  • Assigned inspector(s) contacts client to discuss and schedule inspection process

  • To assess process/products/projects and witness testing (if any)
  • Samples selection for further testing (if required)

  • Preparation of Inspection Report and Inspection Certificate
  • Issuance of Inspection Report and Inspection Certificate, upon approval from Reviewer

  • Re-assess processes/products/projects and witness testing (if any)
  • Full compliance shall ensure renewal / continuous validity of certificate
